Vicki Noethling is a speaker, trainer and coach focusing on public speaking and leadership. She is also a best-selling author and the host of The Find Your Leadership Confidence podcast.

As the second oldest in a family of seven children, this shaped Vicki early on. She found it easier to be quiet and shy and taught her to be organized and take action; she was led down a path of self-discovery. 

She used self-development to give her the edge she felt she needed since she didn’t go to college. During the early years of her career, her bosses saw something special in her that she didn’t quite acknowledge in herself: those action-taking abilities, which got her a promotion to project management. 

At a young age, Vicki began modeling for extra money but it left her wondering if everything had to be perfect. Learn how that experience changed the way she now sees everything she does and how, as a new mother, she competed in the Mrs. Georgia pageant.

Vicki stepped outside her comfort zone and joined Toastmasters where she received a great education and support. Little by little Vicki’s confidence in herself grew.

Now she helps and supports women and children in finding their voice and using the power of their story in public speaking and leadership.
